ooc; We should :) Should I start?
That would be awesome, yeah. :3
As the school day ended Aria checked her phone and saw she had a missed call and a text message from Ezra. The text was asking if he could see her that night. She missed him and was eager to see him. First she had to check in with her parents and finish a biology paper. She drove home quickly, and got done with her paper in no time. Just as she was about to leave for Ezras, her mom stopped her. “Where are you going Aria?” she said curiously. “Uhh, just going to Spencer’s to go over my biology paper.” Aria replied hesitantly. “Oh Spencer’s huh? Well, don’t be home to late and stay safe.” Her mom said with that look on her face telling her not to get into trouble. “Yeah of course mom, see you later!” Aria rushed out the door to avoid any more conversation with her mom. She got into the car and turned on the radio, as her favorite song played she started for Ezras.
Ezra hummed for himself, as he ‘danced’ around the apartment, with music on max volume. Thank god for him being able to cook Mac N Cheese, because ordering food was starting to become less fun, and way too expensive. Since he hadn’t seen her for a couple of days, for different reasons, he was more excited than usual to see her. God, he’d turned mad ever since he’d met her. Not that he minded. Not at all.
Ezra was in the middle of cooking chicken and rice, well… re-heating the grilled chicken he’d bought at the grocery store, and attempting to actually cook the rice properly. He was a bit tired of…
”Uh, alright..” she hesitated. “My mom is still convinced it’s Spencer you’re seeing.” Aria bowed her head and let out a breath. “I need to figure out how to explain everything to her without losing you.”
“Aha, I see.” Ezra nodded, chewing on his lip, as he put food on the plates, walking back to her, handing her one of the plates. “Maybe, since I’m not your teacher anymore, you won’t have to lose her. It’s not like I forced myself onto you in the classroom after school, or something.” He bit his lip, gazing at her. “That counts for something, right?”
“But you met her before she found out you were her teacher, that has to count for something.” Spencer shrugged, “It’s not like you started a relationship after finding out you were her teacher.”
“I know that, but we continued the relationship when we realised I was her teacher.” He shook his head. “I don’t think they’ll look past that at all.”
“Was that a dig at me?” Spencer asked, raising her eyebrows. She picked up her cup, staring down into it. “I’m sure they won’t rip you to pieces exactly, they might just take a little time to adjust to it. You’re not her teacher any more, so……”
Ezra shook his head, letting out a soft sigh. “I was her teacher. And I still dated her, I don’t think they’ll get over that. Not after everything…like those dinners…” He chewed on his lower lip. “But, I guess it has to be revealed sooner or later, huh?” He chuckled.
